A CSR supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and assisting customers. They are the front line of support for our customers. They help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, ready to respond with compassion. Must be approachable, friendly and have a can-do attitude.

At present, Hilliary Communications is deploying a new FTTH system to 8,000 new homes in Central Oklahoma.
