Industry Experience: 19 Tenure with Hilliary: 8
Jamie joined the Hilliary team after previously working in the hotel and wind farm industries. She oversees 10 accounting employees, who serve throughout all the Hilliary companies. During her tenure at Hilliary Communications, she has helped lead the development of numerous work order processes, time management and policy procedures for Hilliary’s more than 120 employees.
She also oversees all financial aspects of RUS Grants and Loans and prepares financial reports at the request of independent auditors, regulators, managing partners, and others.
Before joining the Hilliary family, Jamie served as accounting manager for Hilton Garden Inn, where she prepared daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual closings, and corresponding reports; prepared budgets, forecasts, and other reports as requested and more.
A native of Newton, Kansas, Jamie moved to Oklahoma in 2003 to build wind farms. She worked on the construction management side before transitioning to the operations department. She worked in accounting at Medicine Park Telephone, which was acquired by Hilliary in 2008.
Jamie was honored with the Administrative Professional of the Year award in 2007 from the American Wind Energy Association. She is also a member of the Oklahoma Telephone Association.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. An avid traveler, she enjoys snorkeling and exploring underwater exhibits.
